Director: Quentin Tarantino (2004)
Running Time: 136 mins
Blurb: The Bride continues upon her roaring rampage of revenge, all the while seeking Bill.
Zio’s Random Thoughts: We’re back on track! As of this film, I have caught up with where I should be in my viewing stats. Of course, we’re up to a completely irrelevant number, but I’m working on that. Anyway, who’s complaining? It’s Kill Bill!
I’ll be honest with you, I only saw my first Tarantino film a year and a half ago (it was Kill Bill Vol. 1). The fact that it took me this long to get around to watching any of his films saddened my friends, many of whom were big fans. (flickflickflicker once wrote me a five thousand word summary of Vol. 2, just so I could understand what she was talking about.) So, I’ve always held Tarantino’s works close to my heart, ‘cause he’s something— I should have thought this sentence through. It was about to run “…’cause he’s something I do with friends”. You know what I mean.
So, I love what the man does. And also, he’s a lunatic, which I find endearing.
